Golden Contract: Ryan Walsh books semi-final spot and stoppage bonus

Ryan Walsh bagged a knockout bonus Later stopping Hairon Socarras at the Golden Contract.

After stopping the formerly undefeated Cuban at the round walsh secured his place from the featherweight tournaments semi-finals.
Socarras targeted on the body at the capsule, before switching from orthodox to southpaw slipping a hook against Walsh.
Whilst British champion Walsh and tournament favourite replied with a mix the Cuban lasted whipping in shots to the torso in the next.
Walsh rocked Socarras and forced his opponent to hold after a determined assault from the next but the 26-year-old replied in the next round with a decent right hand.
There made A right hook Socarras dazed in a left hand quickly followed and the fifth , sending him staggering backwards onto the ropes with the referee ruling this.
Body thundering shots were traded by the group and Bob Williams warned both the fighters to keep it clean as the battle become a battle referee.
Socarras analyzed Walsh using a hefty right hand and had recovered his composure, however, the Norfolk fighter reacted with a few punishing hooks in a bid in the next round to reassert his authority.
Socarras stunned before unleashing a barrage of unanswered blows which left no option except to wave the fight over the 2:39 mark off to Williams.
