Another week on the NFl for us here at The Sports Geek, and with an early London game kicking things we will look to keep the momentum moving.
For those of us on the east shore, it may be a whole lot of fun to wake up and start straight away with football action, although some folks arent fond of this London, England NFL matchups. This week we have a divisional showdown between two NFC South foes as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers do struggle.
So far this year, the two squads have looked pretty strong with both the Panthers and Bucs eyeing playoff spots at a competitive division. This game can go a long way in settling whos in vs. whos out come January. Because Cam Newton went down, the Panthers have thrived, and thats all because of quarterback Kyle Allen. He has been excellent so far and has got another terrific matchup from the defense of Tampa Bay.
In certain instances, they have really shone for the Bucs. Even though they are coming off of a dud against the Saints, their offense remains explosive and if their defense could give them a chancethey can beat anybody — as was noticed fourteen days before the L.A. Rams.

Tampa Bays defense has no issues, but theyve been considerably better this season against gifted opposing backs. They closed Alvin Kamara, Saquon Barkley, and also did a terrific job back in Week 2. Vita Vea and ndamukong Suh are big and mean, and do not supply much space at all to exploit to opposing rushers. Expect that trend.
With McCaffrey more stress will be on Kyle Allen then hes observed in the NFL. He is going to need a ton of protection that is strong that isnt a certainty from Carolina line. Tampa Bay boasts among the best rushers of the league in Shaq Barrett — a candidate for player of the year and you can bet he will be barrelling down using regularity Allen. Expect a couple of mistakes from the youngster.
For the Bucs, their offense has appeared elite at times this past year. Jameis Winston is nevertheless inconsistent, though the Panthers defense did not challenge him in Week two and he needs to be able to move the chains in London. Chris Godwin has been the preferred goal vs. the Panthers as nobody in their team can insure him into the slot. Expect Winston to rely upon him to move the chains.
Mixing from Peyton Barber at a steady floor game well if Winston can limit his mistakes — that the Bucs have a shot at the upset that is little to climb back into some .500 record. It is a swing match for Bruce Arians aspect and they understand it.
